I am soooo glad I hesitated. I have a 15 yo cat who’s worsening in her health recently I’m due to take her in to the vet tomorrow. I stumbled across the ad for this and it seemed so appropriate for many of her symptoms. When it finally arrived the shipping label said “Lydia” from “Preoria AZ” – very sketchy. I have no way to independently test this, no local labs will touch it.The jar says “formulated in USA” so obviously outsourced/manufactured in Asia. I have no confidence these jars contain taurine, nor what proportion, if any. I’m sad for my senior cat.

I made an order for Taurine from KittySupps and was charged something over $59.00 for my order. When I didn’t receive it as expected I checked the Trace option and found that it said it had been delivered. I checked around my house and did not find it so I contacted KittySupps. I was told the charge was not processed, that the purchase had failed. I emailed a copy of the charge on my credit card account to KittySupps. Cleo, at KittySupps Customer Support acknowledged the charge was made and said she would track down my order and if it was confirmed that I did not get it, my credit card account would be credited. It has been seven weeks since I made the order, I have not received my order and my money has not been refunded. I keep receiving emails from KittySupps saying my charge “failed.” It didn’t fail. Actually, I was scepticsl too, but I’ve been giving KittySupps Taurine to my Ragdoll Cat fur baby for about 5 months now – about 1/3 scoop morning & night. It’s made a huge difference – no more vomiting!! We are thrilled as she was vomiting 2-4 times a day prior to that.
She is happy and healthy, and has a much better appetite now too. I’m about to put in our next order. Very satisfied!
Do NOT order from this company! They are a complete Scam! I placed an order in June and received my order in the timeframe you would expect a shipment coming from China. I ordered it based on a one time order as I wanted to test the product on my cat. One month later I get notified that a second order has been placed. Once I discovered that, I wrote them immediately to cancel. They said they could not as the order had already been processed and shipped. I was told by them many times that my credit card had been removed from my file and that the subscription (which I NEVER ordered) had been cancelled. I thought it was the end of things. Nope! They placed a THIRD order. They then assured me that they had caught it in time and the order had been cancelled. It had not and now they informed me today that the order has been shipped and they have no way of telling that it had been cancelled before. I have email confirmation from them that it had been caught and cancelled in time before it would have been shipped. I am disputing the last 2 charges with my credit card company and am cancelling this credit card number and getting a new credit card replacement so this fraud company cannot keep charging me every month for something I never authorized, Complete Scam company.
